Have you encountered a situation in which you delivered or received a partial quantity of an order or sales quotation? For example, you sold an order of 15 items, but could only send 5 items at first. Then the customer decided to reduce the order to 10. Fortunately, SAP Business One allows for a partially delivered order.
All these actions can be performed in the original file without creating a new one in SAP Business One.
As you can see, since not all the items have been delivered, the status is still open. You can change the quantity at any time. Also the open quantity will be updated accordingly.
