As an international company, MTC Systems serves companies all over the world and most of them are also international companies which need to calculate Landed Costs. SAP Business One has Landed Costs documents, and from version 9.2 users are able to use UDF (User-Defined Fields) to define their items.
To use UDF, go to Tools > Customization Tools > User-Defined Fields – Management and users can create new items from Title, Items and Costs parts.
