To manage SAP Business One software more efficient, SAP Business One allowed selected users to manage license and users, such as how many licenses is assigned to users and how do the licenses assigned, and which users are connected to the company database at a given time.
License Administration can be found at Administration > License > License Administration. Here you can check the User Code, if they are locked of not, total assigned users and total free users, etc.
Go to Administration > Utilities > Connected Clients. The report lists all the clients that are currently connected to the company database, their assigned licenses, process name and other characters.
