Many documents are needed by the manager, customers, leads, or vendors, but since not all those who need the documents are SAP Business One users, SAP Business One allows users to export the files and send them. This function is also suitable for when the manager needs a print version of a file in a meeting or when store the old version and compare it with the newest one.
In SAP Business One, some documents can be exported into Excel, PDF, a text file, Word, or other versions. Open the document you want to export, go to File in the top menu and choose Export.
